We have been informed that ATF is continuing to stay silent despite specific calls from lawmakers to provide answers by October 9th as stated in the follow up letter.
However, we are pleased to learn that there is a growing number of Congressional offices are engaging on this issue thanks to your direct outreach efforts through our “Contact Officials” tool in recent days.
We thank you for engaging DOJ and Congress and strongly urge you to continue sending letters if you haven’t already done so to keep up the pressure on DOJ/ATF.
FRAC serves as the voice of the firearms industry for promoting a level regulatory playing field. Individual gun owners are the most important stakeholder and we need your support now more than ever.
